Running the installer fails immediately with the dialog box Cannot load library: 'SHELL.DLL' Doing touch ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/shell.dll works around this, and lets you get to the next problem (can't register app with program manager via DDE, but that's another bug). So I guess we need to create a fake 16 bit shell.dll to make this app happy... it ought to be in system, not system32, but touching it there didn't help.
