austin(a)aw25 ~ $ wine --version
wine-1.7.18-40-ga27a121
austin(a)aw25 ~ $ sha1sum ca_setup.exe 
82407eaf6437d6956f63e85b28c0ec6ca58d298a  ca_setup.exe
austin(a)aw25 ~ $ du -h ca_setup.exe 
7.9M    ca_setup.exe

starts up and exits without a crash. Andre, can you retest?
