[Bug 12713] New: The item binding screen persists on HUD in oblivion all the time

The bug did not occur in 0.9.56 i think.

Right now there is a item binding screen obscuring the whole visible area and
also preventing various actions in inventory.

The screen should normally be accessible from equipement screen by pressing 1 8
to keys. 

The game is currently in non usable state with that bug.

Double check and make sure it worked in Wine 0.9.56, and run a regression test:
