Sunbird 0.3 terminal output

Still a problem in 1.0-rc3, though the output has changed. The download link
from the old releases page for Windows seems to be broken so I fetched the
Sunbird installer from
http://lisa.gov.pt/ftp/mozilla/calendar/sunbird/releases/0.3/win32/en-US/sun...
