Acrobat Reader 8 still suffers from from bug 9519 (EULA doesn't display and can't be accepted) but this division by zero error goes away. What does this mean? What kind of configuration in my .wine directory would cause this sort of division by zero error? More importantly, how can I avoid this sort of problem in the future? The fix is in git, not the release! With my old .wine, I get a division by zero error. Do you believe that in the next release it will be possible to install Acrobat Reader 8 successfully without having to use a new .wine directory?
That is, the changes in git now cater for "unclean" .wine directories?
wineprefix is now updated with each wine run, but if you've botched it in some weird way, we can't always account for that.
