A brocken HTML help page seems to be showing - app dies before that can be dismissed. I am not usinh winetricks. Wine install from wineHQ deb on Ubuntu Jaunty. Sketchup 7 installed with HW_OK set to 1. Nvidia graphics card with Nvidia drivers. The crash is about a second in, but I am unable to use any controls before then. The google "bug splat" shows. I have deliberately not used winetricks as I understand defect reports after using it may not be addressed. I added an attatchment, and Bugzilla might have thought I was done writing my post -- which I wasn't. If this comment appears in an awkward place, please forgive me. It's my first post to this forum.) As I was saying, Sketchup crashed for me a few seconds after selecting a template and clicking "Start using Google Sketchup." I'm running Intel integrated graphics (GM965) with Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04). Intel is already problematic in terms of graphics, and I've never gotten Sketchup to run in Wine on this machine. I tried disabling hardware shader support and Pixel Shader in winecfg, but more or less the same thing happens either way.
