[Bug 400] Changed - Wine-DirectX does not listen to X settings

  When attempting to play Total Annihiltation in FULL SCREEN, the screen flickers. 
  My suspiction of this is that Wine-DirectX does not use the XFree86 Refresh
  Rate, as set in xf86config/-4 file
