The program loads fine, and will display/print filled out forms. I can even delete typed text. The summary says he can't fill in forms or type new text in the application. He also notes that that fixme happens every time he does try to type, which is a good observation to note in any bug report. However, After playing around with it, using a DLL override cleared the issue. Sorry. States that only fixme is printed. But nowhere here is it stated that "this or that does not work". That is why this bug is invalid - no actual problem was specified. (In reply to comment #4)
However, After playing around with it, using a DLL override cleared the issue. Using native dlls is not a fix.
So can you _CLEARLY_ state what is the problem? Nothing nada. Just that line outputted in the terminal I used to launch the app, NOTHING in the APP itself. It is issue 6254 and involves an infinite loop on the EM_FONTRANGE stub. I've done some work on the proposed patch in that issue to make it install on 0.9.54 and 0.9.55. Log attached without any Wine debug information. This confirms that problem is associated with bug 6524 as it is not possible to fill in any dialog box using native riched20.dll with EM_FONTRANGE fix.
