Just copy the TAHOMA.TTF (and TAHOMABD.TTF) into the Windows/Fonts-Folder of the wine-directory (~\.wine\drive_c\windows\Fonts). Just copy the TAHOMA.TTF (and TAHOMABD.TTF) into the Windows/Fonts-Folder of the wine-directory (~\.wine\drive_c\windows\Fonts). Thats it.

However, it happens only in the server tab. Not with similar tabs. The application in question is open source. In the emule source code ( hg clone http://hg.code.sf.net/p/emule/code emule-code ) have a look at ServerWnd.cpp and the handcoded values.
