My test with version ver21309 crashes in all wine versions with only one line: err:seh:raise_exception Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x73bbb0 2) Game installer. I´m using the German Installer for the German Version.
Install fine here even if i use german version (yours SetupAtlantica_EU_ver21001.exe), i.e. i can't confirm this bug report. I remember the garbage collection (using separate threads) was rather stressful to heap management, so you could try to force a run with gc turned off. $ GC_DONT_GC=1 wine ./foo.exe It might help to get the installers further - to a point where the app/java logging is enabled that might be helpful to track down additional bugs. There are probably more bugs buried in Wine bugzilla that suffer from this. I vaguely remembered a similar issue with mingw gcj but could not find the bug anymore. If you find additional apps that die rather quickly with exception stack overflow, search for "LIBGCCW32-EH-SJLJ-GTHR-MINGW32" and "GCJ_" or "libgcj" in relay logs -> dupe. The download starts fine, so seems to be fixed with the workarounds. Only the GUI looks very poorly, like it misses some skin. Same thing happens here for the LeaguesofLegends downloader.
