Other info: Ubuntu 14.04, ATI Radeon 15.20.1013-155227a-180955E-ATI & Catalyst 2.21. I noticed with the last wine update that I now see Grid2 already running small box making me think wine is trying to run programs more than once.
Graphics cards is MSI R6450 Radeon 1GB.
If you open the game in wine's virtual desktop trying different sizes, does it look any better? I just wonder how capable your gpu and drivers are.
