Also please read how to properly report bugs: https://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs Wine interfaces pretty well with CUPS and SANE (via TWAIN). There is no need to install Windows hardware drivers. Wine is not an Operating System. You should properly set up your Linux distro for printing and scanning without Wine first. If you fail on that part there is nothing Wine can do here.
