The SM_DIGITIZER setting indicates the type of digitizer input supported by a device running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. MSDN: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms724833.aspx (Search for GetSystemMetrics there). So adding "Tablet PC" feature (maybe using registry key) might be an interesting option. GetSystemMetrics(SM_TABLETPC) could then use this registry setting for appropriate return value.
