[Bug 8166] notepad does fully not display long (>32K) one-line files

And sorry - steps to reproduce is literally just to open the file.

Exact command and nothing more in both cases to cause the crash is:

$ wine notepad misc/testfile32k.txt
$ wine /mnt/sdb1/windows/notepad.exe misc/testfile32k.txt
