Do you get a crashlog? Because the logs show nothing.
It just crashed silently to desktop. No crashlog whatsoever. Is there a free demo to test with?
I'm not sure if a "+all" log is useful, maybe "+seh" or "+relay" for starters, although I personally can't get much information from logs.

Afaik there is no demo of the remastered version that is sold on GOG, only for the old version, see the other comment here. Those differ a bit. Old output.txt has a typo in it anyway. From the log is seems like the remastered version too has a problem with loading the video, though I don't know how to fix it. "winetricks devenum quartz" might get you further, but no guarantees.

There is a mention about Galaxy Service that cannot be started, no idea if that is the cause of this bug. Maybe you could try to start that service first (???)
Galaxy is GOG's client and Windows exclusive. It shouldn't be the cause or otherwise the game would crashing silently for people who do not have Galaxy installed at all and that isn't the case.
