After installing Model Railroader.exe under wine it will not start.  Error log
is attached.

Please search before opening bugs. Native msvcp80.dll should workaround this.
Also please read http://wiki.winehq.org/BugReports before filing bugs. Imho,
you should test with latest development version before reporting any bug.

Severity is not major. Easy workaround is known, so it is at best minor. You
should not touch the severity until you know what you are doing at all.
