Does this still occur if you disable IPv6?
It doesn't work at all now under PaleMoon. Cloudfare's turnstile breaks all submissions. Regardless of IPv6 being enabled or not. Hit the submit button too soon, sorry for the noise. Under firefox, this issue seems to be fixed. When submitting bug #57595, bugzilla took the picture attachment without reprompting me for a login. Sorry it took so long to get to this. Both Pale Moon and Firefox seem to be fine now. Both are able to pass Anubis, and I was able to post my annual it "doesn't work screenshot" to another bug via Pale Moon without any issues.
