This application is not anymore used and I deleted it. After clicking "apply" and "ok", when config dialog is started again, the application is still listed. I can repeat that unlimited. Delete it. Click apply, gone. Close winecfg. Run winecfg, notepad reappears. Works fine in 1.3.9 / broken in 1.3.11.
