The installer BITS issues should be resolved using bug 5054
Default winver and harddiskvolume are already fixed for some time now.

All other issues should be tracked separately (WIC crash and follow ups).

The bug reporter should correct the summary accordingly.
Something like ".NET 3.0 installer fails due to unsupported
FILE_ATTRIBUTE_HIDDEN fs semantics" whatever...
A workaround has for the hidden "$shtdwn$.req" has already been given.
