I tried to speak in guild wars by typing russian words and i got only ? symbols
vs normal russian letters (А Б В Г Д Е Ё Ж З...): "???? ??? ??????? ????"

I can see all russian text players/system messages in game, but can't type it!

What's your locale? Make sure it's something like ru_RU.UTF-8.

my locale is en_US.UTF-8. but i use gnome keyboard indicator to switch betwen
english layout to russian layout.

you right.

LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 wine .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Guild\ Wars/Gw.exe

command fix this issue, but i prefer work under en_US.UTF-8.

That's exactly what you'd get under Windows with English locale. Keyboard
layout doesn't change the locale under Linux. You may create a script which
sets locale and use it to run GuildWars.
