Setup process doesn't exit at end of installation and has to be terminated:

002f:err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7bcebd00 "loader.c:
loader_section" wait timed out in thread 002f, blocked by 002e, retrying (60
sec)
002e:err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7e96e340 "syslevel.c:
Win16Mutex" wait timed out in thread 002e, blocked by 002f, retrying (60 sec)

During my repeated testing it usually but not always occurred on my system (AMD
Phenom 9550 2.2GHz, Xubuntu 16.04) so it may be a race condition.
