You can use 'winetricks gdiplus' to work around it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 9362 *** -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17691 Michal Suchanek <hramrach(a)centrum.cz> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|CLOSED |UNCONFIRMED Component|gdiplus |-unknown Resolution|DUPLICATE | Summary|Atlas.ti fails with GDI+ |Atlas.ti fails with Error: |Error: Not Implemented |"extent" not understood --- Comment #3 from Michal Suchanek <hramrach(a)centrum.cz> 2009-03-13 06:58:37 --- ok, installing gdiplus with winetricks fixes the gdiplus error. Now I get a message "extent" not understood Another odd thing is that the application behaves differently when run from winefile and from xterm. I could never get past the splash without starting from winefile but even then it is not reliable. Also the "extent" error does not always occur. It seems like I have to start the application from winefile, for the first time it reports the "extent" error and for the second time it reports a GDI+ error FontFamilyNotFound. The font problem is resolved with winetricks allfonts. Now I get the "extent" error when selecting File->New. No messages appear in the console when I do File->New. What should I log to find what causes the "extent" to fail? First reports the "extent" error on start and exits, second starts and reports the error on File->New (and continues).
