So far there's no 1.1.6 in Fedora repositories, but the bug is still existent
in WINE 1.1.5:

# first terminal
$ mount -t cifs //127.0.0.1/ftp /mnt/tmp
tail -f /mnt/tmp/incoming.test.txt

# second terminal
$ wine cmd
‚ҐабЁп CMD 1.1.5

Z:\mnt\1\ftp\incoming>type test.txt
Sharing violation

ЋиЁЎЄ  ЇаЁ ®вЄалвЁЁ 'test.txt'
Z:\mnt\1\ftp\incoming>type test.txt
hello world!


By the way, I see a new bug in the above: it seems CMD tries to speak Russian,
but the encoding is all wrong.
