Two problems I see in the log:

wine: Call from 0x70002255 to unimplemented function
CRYPT32.dll.I_CertProtectFunction, aborting

Missing function in wine's crypt32.

err:module:import_dll Library MFC40.DLL (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\Common Files\\Microsoft Shared\\MSInfo\\ieinfo5.ocx") not found

You don't have mfc installed.
