OP used an outdated version of MFC which doesn't have this export. Remove it and use 'winetricks mfc42'. Dupe of bug 10160 or bug 18591 which got resolved 'invalid' for reason given above. Bug 657 is about providing a 'builtin' Wine dll which is unlikely to happen (IMHO waste of time). Dupe of bug 657 would have been the case if the dll was missing.
