Thanks, I had forgotten about that step.  That does give me a link.  I knew I
had missed something.  However, I don't get an icon.  Running wineboot gives me
this on the command line:

err:menubuilder:InvokeShellLinker failed to extract icon from L"C:\\Program
Files\\Weathersoft\\WeatherScope.exe"

I'll rename the bug as appropriate.
