[Bug 2203] DOS Navigator failed to run

Again, my "solution" was already present, the real problem is the old dosbox
version in many distributions (0.74 was released nearly 3 years ago).
Install the latest dosbox from subversion
http://sourceforge.net/p/dosbox/code-0/3827/tree/dosbox/trunk/ and test it
again, it should be possible to run DOS Navigator with the normal "wine DN.COM"
command.
