Error message after opening vovoid

Open Vovoid, loads as normal, shows starting screen, then says a serious error
happened it is a 64 application and I have 64 optional downloaded

This is a bit of fun. It first needs CResamplerMediaObject from
resampledmo.dll. Then with stubs for that in place, it needs loopback support
from mmdevapi, which is bug 46192. I'm not sure if there are any more bugs
hiding behind that.

Let's make this bug about the CResamplerMediaObject support.
