IMHO, this is not a duplicate for bug #657 ("mfc42 not present"):

pidgen.dll comeswith almost all MS-products starting with ie5.5sp2, ie6, office
2000, various Development environments and is present in windows since w2k.

When this Game is 2000/XP only and expect pidgen.dll, we must provide our
version with our ie6-replacement.

Chris, can you please retry with a native "pidgen.dll".

Marking the App "Gold", when it requires native dll's is wrong.
