[Bug 7430] Wall Street Advisor 1.27 won't start / Windows Script Control install problem?

Installing and running the Wall Street Advisor seems to work fine as of the
current Git, apart from two dialog boxes that say "The operation could not be
completed because the script engine has not been initialized to a valid
language" on startup and a few visual issues in the application. Bug should
probably be closed fixed.
