[Bug 24152] New: wine1.3.1 powerdesigner12 can not open *.pdm file

Yesterday I update Wine1.3.0 to Wine1.3.1 . And then My Power Designer 12 can
not open the pdm file. Before I update wine, PowerDesigner works well.

During install, there were many error message from marshal_object about
{be6115a1-7de5-48dc-ad2a-25060e00fce2} not beeing exposed and a crash at the
end, but I didn't investigate those.
Loading an example .pdm produces as error message from the scripting system and
a bunch of fixmes from vbscript but otherwise, it seems to work.
It also runs into bug #23912 during startup, but this doesn't seem to be fatal.
Native vbscript produces #8780, so the scripting system most likely doesn't
work, but I don't know how to test it.
Overall, unless somebody can provide some specific informations, the described
problem seems to be fixed.

Please retest with current wine (1.5.31 or later) and provide a terminal log if
the problem still happens.

If you don't, this bug will be abandoned soon.
