[Bug 8686] Cannot socksify Steam with FreeCap.exe, tsocks, proxychains nor dante-client

I socksified steam, and day of defeat with tsocks. Master server didn't work
right, I had to use favorites most of the time, which is a direct connect I
quess. I used simple_proxy for luigi airemma, and the ssh tunne,k proxys.
