Application: Command and Conquer Red Alert 2

When I start a (skirmish) game, when I recieve my $10000, the following error 
for "cash flow sound" is repeated maybe a 100 times in console:

err:dsound:DSOUND_MixOne underrun on sound buffer 0x7fe2ffb8

Please change component, as I am new to bug-filing and don't know the component. 
I would really like to learn how to find the correct component that the error 
applies to, though.

I will be happy to give more info, just ask.
