On Windows, this brings up a context menu. Steps to reproduce: 1. winetricks dotnet20 2. Install and run CDBurnerXP 3. Choose "data disc" from the main menu 4. Does the bug still occur with wine-5.17?
It still hangs in wine-6.12-194-g2ffcf440218.
