Black areas in wine 1.1.1

In wine 0.9.37 the graphics looks much better than in wine 1.1.1 today.

What video card / driver version?
Can you attach an image of what it's suppose to look like?
Is there a demo of the game available that shows the same problem?

Yes, there is a multiplayerdemo, but because of bug 8606 (no network
support...) and the demo needs it's connection to the novaworld servers it is
no chance to test the behavior of the demo. (and perhaps there is no server for
the demo anymore)
