Ok, had to set up a new win32 only prefix with the environment variable. Reinstall ie8, and it now runs the UI properly.
However, it won't connect. Connects fine with WinXP on Virtualbox.

A blocker state means for example that Wine is no longer compiling. The importance field refers to how Wine is affected, not the program.
That seems a little stupid to me as we are reporting a bug about a program. Anyway, please have someone remove this bug, as I no longer want it here and reported.
