Lei's using it to organize his work.  He has voluntarily
taken on the job of fixing regedit.  Let's let him
go about it however he likes.

Another way to organize it might have been for Lei to assign
all those bugs to himself, but then Lei wouldn't have had
quite such a nice place to upload his regression test.
