Cannot connect to the internet which makes it useless. You can download the program @ : www.voipbuster.com In order to connect to the server, you need an account. That fixme should be harmless. The account to test is user winetest, password wine123. I tested again in wine 1.7.55 with the same version from previous test and it still does not login.
