If the problem is a missing flash plugin, try this:
  Download mozilla/firefox flash plugin here:
  http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/
  Install it with
  wine installers/install_flash_player.exe 
  Test it with
  wine iexplore http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
That at least shows the flash plugin working, maybe it'll
help in the game.

BTW holy crap, the app is a 3+ gigabyte download!
