Those messages can be ignored if the app works ok. Did you notice any problem in the app you were running? Which app was it?
This application was TerraExplorer. you will need to install directx and vcrun6 and have accelerated desktop. see http://www.skylinesoft.com/corporate/technology/technology_TerraExplorer.asp This bug is not affecting applications' behaviour. If you think, its ok, let it be.
