Hello,

i have noticed that applications such as the Heroic Games Launcher are no
longer functioning properly. (Last time it did was with Wine 9 Stable Release)

Upon examining the console output, i observed that every command attempted
results in the message:

"0120:fixme:powershell:wmain argv".

Moreover, i am unable to start PowerShell itself, as it only returns:

0120:fixme:powershell:wmain stub.
0120:fixme:powershell:wmain argv[0]
L"C:\windows\system32\WindowsPowershell\v1.0\powershell.exe"

I plan to perform a bisect analysis when i have more availability.

There hasn't been much activity programs/powershell. The last commit was:
austin@debian:~/wine-git/programs/powershell$ git describe
1a4163b686ae10a5a587e1684600707a640dee33
wine-9.2-160-g1a4163b686a

If this worked in 9.0, I'd try just before/after that commit as a starting
point.

'winetricks powershell' may also workaround it.
