(using the winehq repos) i removed home/~/wine (is that ok - did you mean this directory?) and tried and installation installshield opens and the blue bar goes to the end (in my opinion it extracts things ...) then it crashes with this error warning. Please remove your ~/.wine and try again. What Wine version are you using?
