[Bug 50003] New: Cygwin/msys binaries hang on start

This is probably a regression caused by the console rework. The last message printed on console is: 00c4:fixme:conhost:screen_buffer_ioctl unsupported ioctl 50402c The same result is with or without using wineconsole, but this is expected as wineconsole is only a thin wrapper now. But then there is another problem with the program not accepting any input.
