For example go in the character selection screen, hold down the mouse and look around for a second. If the mouse is now released the "looking around" moves hectic a fair way off from the point where the mouse was released. However, it has been already fixed in the git version (wine-1.3.20-230-g456e48e). Please try the affected game(s) with wine-1.3.20-230-g456e48e or newer. Not as bad as previous versions (especially 1.3.20) but it still exists.
