This is the next bug after bug 12830 (which had some very
interesting analysis which may still be applicable).

With today's git, Neuro-programmer 2 up and dies with a stack
overflow on startup.  The +ntdll trace shows the two lines

Settings\\Application Data\\Xenocode\\XSandbox\\Neuro-Programmer
