Well, then whole DWNTU can be marked as deprecated or unsupported. :( Any ETA on networking support? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

Some limited pieces might be in, but only to run windows programs (such as outlook for example). Not administer/control windows itself. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11388 --- Comment #6 from hash <HASH.DuOrden(a)gmail.com> 2008-01-30 06:25:33 --- Sad, but DWRCC isn't using samba to connect to remote host, only for authentication (which is working in fact :) ), DWRCC trying to open ip:port to ip:port connection... Well, any way, before Wine get network support it's only a dream. :( -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11388 hash <HASH.DuOrden(a)gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Severity|enhancement |blocker --- Comment #7 from hash <HASH.DuOrden(a)gmail.com> 2008-02-13 02:09:41 --- Sorry to repost this one, but I've tested that hardly and found that this problem have no relation to SAMBA. The simplest test and more then reliable: I've connected two computers through 3rd used as GW. 3rd computer was blocking all connection on all port's except port 6129, which is default DWRCC server port. (1st[windows]<->3rd[linux GW]<->2nd[windows]) I've connected from 1st to 2nd computer with DWRCC flawlessly, and vice versa. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11388 --- Comment #10 from hash <HASH.DuOrden(a)gmail.com> 2008-02-13 13:35:54 --- But I'm still sure this have no relation to SAMBA, as it's can connect on Windows XP sp2 with whole SAMBA downed (services Workstation and Server are stopped). That was another test I've run. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11388 --- Comment #11 from Vitaliy Margolen <vitaliy(a)kievinfo.com> 2008-02-13 18:04:00 --- Have you looked at the network traffic with something like wireshark? Does Wine even communicating to the other side? It might unrelated to windows networking. Hard to tell. Port 6129 looks like only used by DameWare so you might be right. Look at the traffic see if there is anything obvious there. Also it might be it's getting confused by whatever data it does not receive from Lsa* functions. Unless you fake it it's hard to tell as well. Of course you can't use native dlls here - it's too low level functionality. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11388 --- Comment #12 from hash <HASH.DuOrden(a)gmail.com> 2008-04-20 10:40:59 --- Created an attachment (id=12346) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=12346) archive with connections logs I'm sorry for my long absence. In the attachment logs on network activity recorded with WireShark. The directories are named same as hosts was called from DWRCC. In each directory two .pcap files representing logs of connection from Wine to Windows (Linux-Win) and from Windows to Windows. The host 192.168.222.3 is Windows 2003 Standard Server which is inside SAMBA(Windows NT 4.0 mode) domain. The host 192.168.222.10 is Windows XP Professional not in domain but have same user in local admin group. Also there is subdir's inside each host-dir representing corresponding Event log output on target machines, they mostly in russian as hosts is russian version of OS. I can try to translate them but I can't guarantee 100% of coincidence with english versions of OS. Also in host 192.168.222.10 there is a picture which show the error DWRCC shows when trying to connect to host 192.168.222.10. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
