Start dxdiag.exe and it's crash

I have a SiS 630/730 PCI AGP VGA adapter.
When i start dxdiag, for example, or other application that uses 3D wine
crashes.
with "vesa" driver determine of Direct3D is OK. But if i try to check Direct3D
(3D rotate cube) in dxdiag.exe, X system crashes.

I'm not sure is it a bug with Wine or with video drivers.

The backtrace shows the crash is in your video drivers.
