This is probably not a bug, because it's working fine. When i run installation, it displays a picture on background and on foreground is the installation wizard. And of course if i click on background image, it takes it to the foreground and hides installation wizard window behind the picture. Alt+tab helps you to take it before picture and see installation progress.
