Hi,

I have FINALLY managed to find someone who could help me test the fix in comment 3

        // FIX: there was no input hDevMode and hDevNames: give it to client!
	setupdlg->hDevMode = pdlg.hDevMode;
	setupdlg->hDevNames = pdlg.hDevNames;

and can now report that it works. So can we PLEASE get this include into the
source tree before 0.9.43 is released?
