I believe this is a regression. Git bisect suggests this may be related to 91731901bad8ff40c74287c6b0e3b537e63ef224 is the first bad commit Does not really matter unless it is a sign of something bad is about to happen somewhere else. Maybe it is whether antialiasing is used or not.
